The Foreclosure Survival Guide and Newsletter is published by Stacy Fox.  Stacy is a writer and editor based in Southern California where the subprime mortgage crisis is acute.  Prior to starting the Foreclosure Survival Guide, Stacy was a Legislative Assistant for a member of Congress.
